In 2017, we started on a mission to get fit by running a mile a day. I use a running app to track miles while I run. But writing it down makes it feel more real and attainable, somehow.
If running is not your thing, you can print this out anyway and track something else this year. 365 burpees. 365 glasses of wine. (Kidding!) 365 hugs. The sky is the limit.
Download a PDF:
Running Tracker for 365 days
or click on the JPEGs in the blog post to print.
I’ve printed this on one sheet, front and back, so I can keep it handy and stay on track. Under + I’ll write that day’s mile(s), and then the last column is a RUNning total. This makes it easy to compare back with the day of the year, which should match the total.
Set your new year’s resolutions with a healthy meal plan. With school activities, meetings, parties, late nights and early mornings, a meal planner can help you keep everyone fed and your kitchen in order. Download and print our Weekly Meal Planner and you’ll be all set and super organized!
