Basic Slime (Borax-Free)

  • 1 cup of Elmer’s glue
  • 1 Tablespoon of baking powder
  • 3+ Drops of Food coloring (optional)
  • 1-2 Tablespoons of saline (contact) solution

Mix the glue and baking powder well. Add a few drops of food coloring until you get the color you want. Finally, mix in 1 Tablespoon of the saline solution. Mix well and then add in the second Tablespoon a little at a time until you get the consistency you want for your slime. Voila! Slime!

These are a few great slime recipes that use Borax. Use parental guidance in all of these but especially when handing hot water with kids.
